The People Behind Your Success
We're a group of video production specialists who actually enjoy solving problems. Our backgrounds are different, but we share something in common—a genuine interest in helping clients tell stories that matter.
Meet Our Team
We've assembled a crew with complementary skills and real-world experience. Each person brings something different to the table, which means you get well-rounded support throughout your project.
Finnian Brecht
Finnian spent eight years working on commercial projects before joining us. He's particularly good at figuring out what a story needs—and what it doesn't. His approach tends to be straightforward, which clients appreciate when timelines get tight.
Petra Kallmeyer
Petra has a background in documentary editing, which gives her an eye for authentic moments. She's the one who turns raw footage into something cohesive. And she's patient—sometimes painfully so—when revisions come in.
Leander Torvik
Leander manages the equipment side of things—cameras, lighting, audio setups. He's also the person who troubleshoots when something goes wrong on location, which happens more often than you'd think. His technical knowledge saves us regularly.
Brigid Solvang
Brigid works with clients from the initial concept phase. She asks questions that help clarify what you're really trying to communicate. Her planning process might seem detailed, but it prevents headaches later when you're actually filming.
How We Actually Work Together
Most production teams operate in silos. We don't. Our process involves regular check-ins between departments, which means fewer surprises and better results.
When you work with us, you're not just hiring individual specialists—you're getting a collaborative approach where everyone stays informed about project goals and client feedback.
- Weekly team reviews keep everyone aligned on project direction
- Direct communication channels between clients and relevant specialists
- Flexible workflow adjustments based on real-time project needs
- Shared responsibility for quality across all production stages
What Guides Our Decisions
These aren't mission statements we framed and forgot about. They're principles that actually influence how we handle projects and client relationships.
Honest Communication Over Smooth Talk
We'd rather tell you something won't work than pretend it will. If your timeline is unrealistic or your budget doesn't match your vision, we'll say so—and offer alternatives that might actually work.
Quality That's Appropriate, Not Excessive
Not every project needs cinema-level production value. We match our approach to what you're trying to accomplish. Sometimes a straightforward shoot delivers better results than an elaborate setup.
Learning From Each Project
Video production changes constantly. New tools, different client needs, emerging platforms—we stay current because we're genuinely interested in improving what we do, not because someone told us we should.
Respecting Client Expertise
You know your business better than we do. Our job is to translate that knowledge into visual content, not to override your understanding with production jargon. The best projects happen when both sides contribute their strengths.
